Emilia received her training in Hatha Vinyasa in South Goa, India.


She seals her trademark alignment based vinyasa classes with a yin segment and transcendental savasana while she sings accompanied by her guitar or ukulele.

She also facilitates mantra meditation for mental clarity, inspiration, balance, and grounding.

Mantra meditation entails applying a mantra (either in Sanskrit or Gurmukhi) as an anchor to return to when the mind wanders. If the mantra is Sanskrit, which has been deemed by some linguists to be the perfect language due to its structure, pronunciation of the syllables activates certain frequencies within the body.


This practice is healing and quieting to the mind.
